Just wrote a small plugin to connect Bludit CMS powered site using Yandex.Webmaster and Yandex.Metrika services.

Yandex verification code now added to title page only.
Also commited the same update to Google Tools plugin.

Tested and confirmed for Bludit v2.0 compatibility.
